No polish.ini file in MSI installation file

Hello,
I would like to report that the msi installation file for the current 8.5.4 client app has no polish.ini file in it.
Users are getting "no polish.ini file" error after launching MyChat client.

Yes, we noticed this issue and fixed it.

UMO, we updated MSI files on the website, the section "Download".
