Hi there,
we are experiencing delays in sending messages. Messages sent to a person being online (with green status) are often delivered with a delay. They get a status with a clock (attachment) and then they are delayed for a while (the amount of time differs from a few seconds to a few minutes) before being delivered to the recipient of the message. We noticed that in some cases the more conversations are opened on a Mychat client, the longer it takes to deliver a message.
Next thing is that messages removed through Mychat Server -> Tools -> Logs -> Logs type -> Conversations in conferences are not being synchronised to Mychat clients (removed messages are still visible on clients). The mechanism works fine for logs type: Conversations in privates.

Hello, UMO.

We experience some issues with message statuses. Thus, the clock icon does not always mean that your message is still delivered.

Regarding your second question. How can we repeat this issue? If you could record a video or send a backup of your server's database it would be very helpful.

Message removal in Mychat Server has no effect on messages displayed in Mychat client.

We tried to repeat this issue dealing with deleting messages on the Admin Panel, but everything worked as it should.

Can you record a video of these actions? Every detail matters.
