Important! Automatic Clients Updates will work only if the following conditions:

  1. Computers run on accounts that have rights to install programs (when upgrading to version 4.5) and modification of files in \Program Files\MyChatClient\.
  2. At the client computers have access to FTP to MyChat server. This does not necessarily port 21, it can be different (as specified in the configuration server).

Overall the upgrade process can be divided into several parts — a server update, add to the server the new version of the client for automatic updates, client updates.
