GERMES: A program for the fast and protected exchange of files, backup and replication through a network.

GERMES it is intended for a fast, convenient and reliable exchange of files between remote structural divisions of the various organizations, and also it can be used as solution for a remote backup and replications of files on a network.

GERMES it is successfully applied in several Russian and Ukrainian banks to the automated exchange of files on "Client-bank" system.

The file transfer is carried out on any data links (leased lines, the Internet etc.) with usage of network protocol TCP/IP. The complex provides enciphering of the transferred data (Blowfish, DES, 3DES, Rijngael (AES), Square, Twofish).

Also operation through usual phone lines, by means of dialup connections is possible.

GERMES the client-server works on the client-server technology. It is very simple in installation and customization, has detailed help.

The sphere of application GERMES is wide enough. For example:

  • Integration into "Client-bank" system. An exchange of files between clients and bank through the Internet;
  • The organization of database replications between structural divisions and head office of the company;
  • Transmission of fresh prices on production to regional distributors of the company and operative reception of reports on sales.
